Premier customers can now be transferred immediately to a reseller account
Effective immediately Premier customers will now be refunded for the remainder of their 12 month term when they transfer under a reseller's account.
Many resellers have Premier customers who aren't currently under their reseller account. Most commonly this is due to the reseller qualification process requirement to deploy an initial Premier account before their reseller account is created. Previous to today, resellers wouldn't be able to transfer these clients until their 12 month renewal date UNLESS the customer was willing to forfeit the remainder of their paid term and start a new 12 month term
We're happy to say that we're now able to remove this requirement to choose between waiting until the next renewal date or choosing to forfeit paid service. The customer still needs to start a new 12 month term with their reseller, but now they'll be refunded for unused service on their previous term.
More information on how to transfer a Premier customer to a reseller account is in our Help Center:
http://www.google.com/support/a/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=142336
including a note for customers on where to find the necessary transfer token and when to expect their refund:
http://www.google.com/support/a/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=33321
We hope you'll take advantage of this opportunity to bring all of your Premier clients under your reseller account management.

Millions 'go Google' - join us on Twitter
We recently launched our biggest corporate marketing campaign of the year to increase awareness of Google Apps and leverage momentum as more and more businesses 'go Google.' We're asking customers to tell us why they've switched from Microsoft Exchange or Lotus Notes to Google Apps, and the response has been strong. We're using various media channels to spread the word and want to get our partners in on the action.
To learn more about the campaign and how you can participate on Twitter, join our live webinar this Thursday.

Get a sneak peak of what we've done...
Billboards in four major US cities share some of the typical IT frustrations that might make people want to switch.
We also developed two resource centers that share customer stories and address specific benefits around switching from Microsoft Exchange (google.com/apps/exchange) and Louts Notes (google.com/apps/notes). We're doing various types of online advertising to promote these so you may see our 'gone Google' banners around.
Don't know much about Twitter? Just want to learn more about this new campaign and how to align your marketing message? Don't forget to register for our webinar this Thursday.
